Tasting the Poultry excellence in the restaurants of Forlì

On the occasion of the 51st edition of "FierAvicola", the Forlì will become, for three days, the European capital of poultry farming.

The restaurants of the historic city center will be protagonists to enhance the gastronomic prerogatives of the Romagna proposing in its menu recipes of the Romagna tradition based on eggs and poultry meats.

The poultry meats have a great versatility in the gastornomic field and as everyone knows, they are light, nutritious and easily digestible, able to satisfy the needs of modern lifestyles, combining taste and lightness
